How Rejecting God’s Way Leads to a Life of Chaos
Genesis 16

In our lives, we make so many decision (big and small) daily.  Our judgement is often impaired by strong desires that are not realized or unmet needs.  The problem is when we seek to meet legitimate needs through illegitimate means.  We see this in the lives of Abram and Sarai in chapter 16 of Genesis.  In the text, we also see the way of Repentance that God offers.  When we realize our sins, this is a good time to start listening to God, a good time to come clean/confess our sinfulness, and this is a good time to submit to God’s Will.
