Luke 24:36-49; Acts 10:24-48–This message examines the transformation of Peter after the resurrection of his Lord. He begins to see things differently and as a result, Gentiles are welcomed into the kingdom of God.
Luke 18:15-34–In this countdown to Resurrection Day, we are looking at some of Jesus’ encounters on the way to the Cross. In this passage, Jesus encounters little children and a ruler. He also has an important discussion with Peter about what it means to surrender all.
Mark 15:40-16:8–Jesus is in the tomb and the women followers of Jesus come to complete the necessary burial procedures. Things don’t turn out as they expected. Spread the news: HE IS RISEN!
Mark 14:53-72– As expected, those who were plotting to kill Jesus subjected the Lord to a rigged trial–one where the sentence was predetermined. No one except Jesus (and least of all Peter) expected those closest to Him to desert Him in His time of need.
